I am a mortgage broker and inventor with more than 30 years experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. I have been awarded six patents by the USPTO for the systems and methods that I created to improve home ownership in the US.

I invented Cypher and RateAnalyzer which are the patented tools that have been used by more than 500 independent CPAs and financial professionals to provide more than 14,000 home loans to their clients. These tools are owned by Sourcetec which is a company I co-founded in 1994.
